Delivery in 4 – 7 days to the United States/Canada once items have been dispatched.

Delivery in 6 – 10 days Worldwide once items have been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily return your item. 

Please note that customers are responsible for all original and return shipping charges.

Le Pom Pom accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included in the return. Once your order arrives back to us we will process a full refund minus the cost of all shipping charges. We do not accept returns on sandals, exchanges only.

When returning your item we suggest to use a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.

If there is any problem or faults with your order, kindly email us a photo and we will replace it if it is a problem on our end. Please note the items must be treated with care. This is a delicate, handmade item and must be handled lightly.
