REFUND POLICY
Any product bought from our website is non-refundable and only eligible for exchange or store credit. Due to the handmade nature and made-to-order process we are unable to process returns. Please be 100% sure of all measurements/phone case sizes before purchase, and feel free to ask us any questions. Exchanges will cost $30 if you want us to send you an airway bill back to us, however we will ship back to you for free.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we can help process an exchange for you. However if you believe you received an incorrect, broken or damaged item, please contact us and we will help you send the item back and process a refund for you, however we will need sufficient proof within one week of receiving the items.
Please note that customers are responsible for all original and return shipping charges, customs duties and taxes .
There are no refunds on sandals, only exchanges, and they must be unworn and in original packaging.
There are no refunds on sale items, or any items bought with a discount code, except for our WELCOME10 code.
When exchanging your item we suggest to use a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your items otherwise. You must pay all charges, if we have to pay a charge for you upon receipt we will only send the item back to you once the charge is paid back to us.

If there is any problem or faults with your order, kindly email us a photo and original receipt of payment (either from the boutique in which the item was bought, or from our website) and we will replace it if it is a problem on our end. Please note that using the rope charms as a shoulder strap on a heavy bag will cause breakage. This is a delicate, handmade item and must be treated with care.
Our tech accessories are also delicate and handmade, and must be placed in bags when not in use, any damage caused by the customer will not be replaced on our end.
Cancellation Policy:
Items can be cancelled if notified within 1 hour of placing order. Please contact us at grana@lepompomshop.com as soon as possible.
Delivery/Shipping Policy:
Customers should bear all expenses for the delivery of orders. We currently use Fetchr as our courier within the UAE and internationally we use DHL.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes and other local charges added by your country’s custom office.
Estimated shipping times:
UAE orders: 5-7 working days
International and GCC countries orders: 8-10 working days.
Local deliveries are USD $8
International deliveries are USD $25
Wholesale orders:
We only accept prepayments for wholesale orders regardless of the items or amount.
No cancellations or refunds once the order is placed under any circumstances.
All delivery dates are approximate, and we will try to get your order to you on the date as promised.
All customs duties/taxes are paid by the customer, and are subject to the country you live in.
If there are any issues/defective items, you must send the items back to us and we will process a refund.
For your information, we record every item being packaged and will recover that footage to inspect as part of our investigation, for any customer complaints.
