Item different from picture
I have this product already and LOVED it - but it broke from use - I went in to purchase it again because I love it and it was pictured as above--exactly as before-but arrived without the charms of the eye on it. So its just a gold cord...disappointing....there seems to be nothing to have "added" to get the item I wanted unless I am mistaken....

We truly apologize for any disappointment or any miscommunication on our website, you have to select the charms option, which is an additional cost in order to get them added, a lot of clients choose them without charms, so we keep both options open :) We will clarify on the product pages to make it more clear.
